RESERVATION & BOOKINGS
  1. All reservations must be made through sales1@legendholidays.net and info@infodreamzinteractive-com Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.
  2. All accounts must be settled at least 7 days prior to the travel date; otherwise, bookings will be automatically released.
  3. Unconfirmed bookings will be released on the specified option date. Re-booking will depend on availability and may incur additional charges.
  4. Booking vouchers and travel documents will be released 5 days prior to departure.
RATES, VALIDITY & SURCHARGES :
  1. All rates are quoted in United States Dollar (USD), on a NET, non-commissionable basis.
  2. Rates are generally based on the standard / lowest room category and inclusive breakfast.
  3. Quoted rates are not applicable during peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, Chinese New
    Year, Holy Week, national holidays, local festivals, and other special events
    During peak dates, minimum stay of 3–4 nights and mandatory gala dinners (e.g., Dec 24 & 31) may apply.
  4. Additional surcharges may apply if bookings do not meet the minimum required number of guests.
  5. Rates exclude bank transfer charges.
CHANGES AND AVAILABILITY :
  1. Room rates and availability may vary and can be revised at any time without prior notification.
  2. Travel itineraries may be adjusted due to weather conditions, traffic situations, or other unforeseen factors
    beyond control.
  3. Any modifications made after confirmation, such as flight adjustments or requests for extra services, may result
    in additional costs.

STANDARD CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES :

  2. Proof of payment must be sent immediately upon deposit or transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

Hotel Bookings
1. Subject to each hotel’s cancellation policy (details provided upon confirmation).
Early departure or unused nights are strictly non-refundable.

Land Arrangements (Land-Only Bookings)
1. No charges will apply for cancellations made a minimum of 7 days before the scheduled arrival.
2. All requests for cancellation or amendments must be submitted in writing within the specified
deadline
3. Any cancellations made beyond the stated deadlines are considered non-refundable, nonrebookable,
and non-transferable

LAND ARRANGEMENTS (TOURS, VEHICLES, MEALS, GUIDES) :
  1. All tours are subject to weather conditions, traffic situations, and local government
    regulations.
  2. Vehicles provided are based on the number of participants and Philippine tourism
    standards.
  3. Meals will be provided as specified in the package. We also arrange special meals (such
    as Jain, Continental, Vegetarian, Non-Vegetarian, Halal, South Indian, Rajasthani, etc.)
    upon request, provided these are advised in advance and subject to availability.
UNFORESEEN EVENTS & CIRCUMSTANCES :

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, flight cancellations, political unrest, pandemics, etc.),
Legend Holidays Global DMC shall not be held liable for penalties or additional charges imposed by
hotels, airlines, or suppliers. While assistance will be extended in processing refunds, final approval
rests solely with service providers.
